All International Flights Delayed

Icelandair and Iceland Express delayed all international flights this morning because of storm forecasts. Iceland Express expected flights to begin again after 9 o‘clock and Icelandair around noon. No arrangements have been made regarding domestic flights at Reykjavík Airport.

Sigurður Þ. Ragnarsson, NFS weatherman, forecasted heavy winds until noon. In the afternoon most of the storm should have calmed. The wind force will be 22 - 33 meters per second. Pouring rain will accompany the heavy winds.
